    • Where is the store based?

    • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

       

      - We offer a 5-day return policy ONLY if your purchase was clearly damaged in the mail (photo of damage must be submitted in order to get return authorization) or if we did not send you the product you ordered. We DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS.

      - Items must be in original condition (never worn or used) to be authorized for a return. Items must be in original packaging. Once an item is worn, it becomes NON-RETURNABLE.

      - You must obtain authorization from Cool Mobile Accessories before returning any item.

      - Returnable items must be received by Cool Mobile Accessories within 10 business days of you receiving the damaged or incorrect product in order for refunds to be completed.

      *Please be careful when ordering since we cannot accept returns if you order the wrong item.

       

    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

       

      We currently ship outside the U.S. for a country surcharge. This charge may be subject to change at our discretion depending on the manufacturers' location.

       

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

       

      Processing takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on point of origin. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 to 6 weeks. Postal service may experience longer delivery times during peak domestic and international holiday seasons. (Please note that during annual Chinese Spring (Feb. 8 - Mar. 8) and Mid-Autumn (Sept. 27) Festivals, items from China may be delayed up to 10-30 days before shipping.)

      If you have not received your order within 30 days from shipping, please contact us right away. Otherwise, we will assume that your order has been delivered and it can no longer be disputed.

       

    • Where do your products ship from?

       

      Many of our featured products ship from within the U.S. However, we also offer beautiful and affordable cases that can only be sourced overseas, and our customers love them even though they may take longer to be delivered. The wait is well worth it and we love to make them available to you.
